Full-Service Planning
Starting at $9,000, our comprehensive, full-service planning and coordination services are designed to provide a smooth and personalized experience. From the initial stages of planning to the final moments of the celebration, we are dedicated to ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed. This package is unlimited communication and up to 12 hours day of, but you can always add more time or others days to create a custom package!
Timeline Management:
Understanding the importance of
timelines, we will work with your
vendors re: payments, planning
milestones, and other details.
Venue Tours:
We will conduct thorough research,
personally visiting location options
and sharing insights through virtual
or in-person meetings.
Event Schedule:
We will support you in creating and
tracking schedules for bookings,
tastings, fittings, etc. We will also
review all contracts.
Budget Assistance: We will assist you with ensuring you're main within your estimated budget and needs, aligning with your overall vision.
Vendors + Vision: If desired, our team will help you find suitable vendors and decor options, providing recommendations based on your preferences with full communication to ensure pristine fluidity.
Your Voice:
We will be your dedicated support in
planning - assisting with venue
selection, touring, and communication
with vendors on your behalf.
On the Day:
With a focus on day-of services, we facilitate vendor arrivals, oversee set-up, and execute reception details. From grand exit orchestration to dinner coordination and assistance with décor tear-down, we ensure every moment is flawless. Don't worry, we got it covered!
Perfectly Planned
Starting at $4,000. ensure a seamless and memorable wedding celebration with our perfectly planned package. (This package is up to 7 hours, but you can always add more time or others days to create a custom package!)
Event Day Liason:
We handle vendor coordination and logistics, ensuring a smooth transition from ceremony to reception, addressing any unforeseen challenges that may arise.
Logistics Planning:
Our team takes care of day-of décor setup, coordinates timelines for speeches, special dances, and key moments. We also manage catering logistics for the couple, handle the grand entrance and exit.
Damn Near
Eloping Package
Starting at $2,500. experience a pleasant, focused and accelerated planning with our Damn Near Eloping Package. (This package is up to 4 hours, but you can always add more time or others days to create a custom package!)
For the DIY-ers:
This package is ideal for clients who have a vision, book their vendors, solidify the hotel block, and look at each other and say, “Why wait?” Our lead planner will wrap-up your planning process starting off with a personalized consultation two weeks prior to your event.
Day of Coordination:
Our services include day-of coordination and basic décor setup for up to 100 guests. We also take care of collecting valuables and memorabilia, champagne flutes, cards/gifts, and anything else that is important to you.
