Comprehensive Event Coordination
Experience a truly flawless event with our Platinum Package, offering full-scale coordination services from beginning to end. Starting at $9,000 for up to 12 hours:
Hands-On Management:
We provide comprehensive vendor management and coordination. Additionally, our services cover complete logistical support, encompassing venue arrangements, transportation, and equipment setup.
Decor Theme:
Our expertise includes theme reseach and development with detailed décor setup.
Teal Package
Extended Event Coordination
Elevate your event with our Teal Package, offering Extended Event Coordination. Starting at $4,500 up to 7 hours:
Theme:
This package includes theme development and enhanced décor setup, in addition to basic elements.
Timeline Assistance:
We provide assistance in vendor coordination and timeline management. Our team also offers logistical support to streamline all event arrangements.
Lavender Package
Basic Event Coordination
Our Lavender Package offers support for your event on the day. Starting at $2, 200:
Day-of Support:
We provide basic décor setup for your event day, adhering to set up guidelines by your venue. Our team will organize decor, and assist with vendor communication and coordination to get your event underway up to 4 hours!
Extra Enhancements
Extended Event Coordination
For clients who require additional services beyond the packages, we offer flat rates for the following (but not limited) services:
Additional Event Coordination: starting at $200 h/r
On-site contact + basic set up for a set number of hours pre agreed upon hours within contract choice.
Vendor Management: $175
Vendor recommendations, vendor communications (including timeline correspondence)

Logistics Support: $375
On-site contact for every vendor, including venue manager. Assisting with cake cutting, bussing, floral cutting, and pick up/ delivery.
Pack up: $550 h/r
Includes complete tear down of event (if not premium package) and pack up to an agreed upon location/person prior to event day.
