Dayna

So happy you’re here!

Hey there! I'm Dayna, the proud owner of Dayna Scott Events, formally launched in 2018.

Born and raised in the Burgh, after planning my FIRST event at 15 for my parent’s anniversary completely by myself, I found my passion. In college, I never stopped planning. Coming back to Pittsburgh in my mid 20’s to work for an amazing event venue fueled me in a way where I KNEW I wanted to make my mark in the event world.

Since starting DSE, my mission is simple: bridge the gap between clients and vendors and be your voice in event planning. When people ask what I do, I say, "I help people enjoy their day!" Let's make your event extraordinary together!

Favorite part about events:
THE PLANNING PROCESS. I thrive on communication and getting ideas off the ground. I absolutely adore making your vision come to life.

Shanda

Hey!

I’m Shanda (like Panda but SH). I am a proud Lead Planner and Marketing Director at Dayna Scott Events. Also a Pittsburgh native, I am proud to be by Dayna’s side planning and executing events.

I love events. Weddings, baby showers, secret celebrations, and fundraisers! From a young age,  I was always curious about the execution of events. From the SouthSide Spectacular to the Civic Arena (IYKYK) on the weekend, I wanted to know the details.  Providing couples and clients with a detailed landscape of their event is truly a joy. Planning events is such rewarding work.

Favorite part about events:
DAY-OF. It’s great to come in with a magic wand and transform the space.

Jordan

Hey there!
 

I’m Jordan! Administrative Director and Social Marketing Specialist for Dayna Scott Events. I connected with DSE right away during my social media internship and I accepted the offer to work with them post-graduation.

 

Minnesota is my home, but I have found so much love in the 412! (and visit every chance I get). I take pride in our mission and creating content. I love to show you what we do and share inspiration along the way.

Favorite part about events:
THE AESTHETIC. I love seeing the set-up and process and day-of tasks. I love to piece those pictures and videos together to tell our story and honor the client/couple.
